About NFR

It takes a diverse assembly of roles and skill sets to provide superior field services. Our organization strategically balances a base of full-time, seasoned staff, a powerhouse of qualified independent contractors, and cutting-edge technology tools to deliver field services that exceed expectations.

NFR takes its organizational approach to meeting customer needs very seriously. Every NFR customer is assigned to a primary coordinator for both Property Inspections and Property Preservation.

Individual contacts are streamlined to ensure customers are working with a qualified team of NFR staff, each of whom is fully aware of the customer's specific needs and requirements. Each of these coordinators is backed by a team of NFR professionals who are also familiar with the customer so they can deliver the high level of service NFR customers want and deserve.

Our field network is overseen by a dedicated Contractor Services Department, which is further supported by a team of experienced coordinators and quality control measures built into the automated systems. Managers are readily available to assist with problem resolution in those rare cases when it might be necessary. Our own internal IT Department supports in-house systems, the NFR websites and customer electronic data interfaces. Finally, NFR senior management is actively involved and available in daily operations.
