Insurance Loss Inspections

These inspections are conducted on properties that have suffered an insurable loss. The field inspector will meet the borrower/management company or contractor to review the repairs. The inspection report includes: the repairs completed, the repairs yet to be completed, the estimated percentage complete, observations of the workmanship and a commentary as to the satisfaction of the borrower/management company.

Retail Outlet Verification Inspections

This is an inspection of a business that has been set up to redeem coupons. Our field reps do an in-store inspection to advise what products or product lines the outlet offers for sale.

Business Verification Inspections

These inspections are used to determine if a company is operating at a given address and to describe the nature of the business conducted at the specified location.
