About Our Company
National Field Representatives, Inc. in Claremont, NH, was formed in 1989 and has grown significantly over the last 18 years. The sales for that first year were approximately $450,000. We are currently running at a pace that will place our 2007 sales in excess of $22.5 million. We conduct in excess of 100,000 Inspections and perform in excess of 4,000 preservation orders across the country per month. We have 60+ employees in our office and utilize over 2,000 independent subcontractors across the nation. The focus in our Claremont, NH office is Residential Property Inspections and Preservation.

We provide field services to mortgage companies. They come to us when a residential loan is in default, bankruptcy, collections, or foreclosure. In other words, the loan is not performing the way that it was originally intended. Typically, a mortgage company will start the process with a property inspection in order to determine occupancy, property condition, security, etc. If the property becomes vacant, the mortgage company will then order property preservation work. Preservation includes securing, winterizing, debris removal, yard maintenance, repairs, etc.

We currently are doing business with more than 75 mortgage companies and servicers. Our role here in Claremont is to provide customer service and coordinate the activity of the reps/subcontractors in the field. It is strictly an administrative/coordinating role, we will not ask our employees to go to the field or travel the country to visit the properties. The positions utilize computer, telephone, communication and customer service skills.

The Hiring Process
The hiring process includes multiple steps. We are looking for the right individual to fit a specific opening. The process will include an initial interview, and two computer tests (alpha typing and numeric entry). The testing is not the final decision; however much of our communication is through automation so the keyboard cannot be an obstacle to getting the job accomplished.

The process will also include a criminal background check and drug test.

We then narrow the field and conduct second interviews. This will give potential employees the chance to learn more about our company. We will also be checking references of past employers.

It is crucial that applicants fully understand our company and any available positions. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, at any step in the process. We are seeking a long-term mutually beneficial relationship.
