Insurance Loss Inspections

These inspections are conducted on properties that have suffered an insurable loss. The field inspector will meet the mortgagor or contractor and review the repairs. The inspection report includes: the repairs completed, the repairs yet to be completed, the estimated percentage complete, observations of the workmanship and a commentary as to the satisfaction of the homeowner.

Broker Price Opinions (BPO)

Exterior and/or interior BPO’s are completed and returned within three to five business days. The BPO includes sales comparisons, listing comparisons and photos.

Retail Outlet Verification Inspections

This is an inspection of a business that has been set up to redeem coupons. Our field representatives do an in-store inspection to advise what products or product lines the outlet offers for sale.

Business Verification Inspections

These inspections are used to determine if a company is operating at a given address and to describe the nature of the business conducted at the specified location.

Death Certificate Attainments

NFR will attain a hard copy death certificate for your files.
