Our employee functions and positions are primarily administrative in nature. All employees work in an office environment, not in the field. Responsibilities typically include: communication with customers and Independent Contractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving.

Ours is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, results-oriented team environment. Utilization of quality controls and the ability to recognize red flags are critical. Employees take responsibility, contributing to the success of themselves, the team, and the company.

Qualified candidates will possess: a strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills including a working ability in Windows 7, MS Excel, and MS Word, composing and using e-mail, accurate typing and data entry skills, along with previously demonstrated office/clerical/coordinator and/or customer service experience. Testing will be conducted prior to an interview.

Claremont, NH Office

National Field Representatives



Identify and contact by phone or email, including negotiating and enlisting subcontractors throughout the country to perform field services including property inspections and property preservation. Extensive telephone work. Vendor Management experience helpful. Ability to ensure compliance with a large variety of customer and guarantee agency guidelines.


Coordinates and communicates with inspectors/subcontractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, decision making, problem solving, and finding resolutions. Requires the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.

ALL Coordinator/Processor Requirements:

High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of relevant clerical and/or customer service experience; working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial. Successful candidates must have experience using a computer, including a working ability in Windows and e-mail. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes; testing will be given at interview. All Other Clerical Positions Requirements: Computer and keyboarding experience required; experience in MS Office Suite preferable. Must type a net of 35 wpm with accuracy and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes. At least 6 months of clerical experience.

Must be detail oriented, have the ability to recognize problems and escalate or solve problems. Must have excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with colleagues, external customers, and reps, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work, and work as part of a dedicated results oriented team with a positive attitude.

The Hiring Process

NFR is looking for the right person for each position and therefore, NFR’s hiring process involves multiple steps. The process includes testing for typing and data entry where applicable and an initial interview. We then narrow the field and conduct second interviews, and then make a job offer, followed by reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing.
