Our employee positions are primarily administrative and customer centric in nature. All employees work in an office environment. Responsibilities typically include: communication with customers and independent contractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving.

Ours is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, results-oriented team environment. Utilization of quality controls and the ability to recognize red flags are critical. Employees take responsibility, contributing to the success of themselves, the team, and the company.

Qualified candidates will possess: a strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills including a working ability in Windows, Excel and Word, composing and using e-mail, accurate typing and data entry skills, along with previously demonstrated office/clerical/coordinator and/or customer service experience. Testing, where appropriate, will be conducted prior to an interview.

Claremont, NH Corporate Headquarters

National Field Representatives



Coordinators and Processors have extensive contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in field, work with cities and towns, do data entry, and communicate both verbally and in writing. Must be able to multi-task, set their own priorities, and be able to problem-solve, find resolutions, and be self-motivated in a high pressure, time sensitive environment.


Invoicing Coordinators must have excellent computer skills, a detail focus and strong office skills. Must produce invoices in compliance with investor guidelines and customer requirements, in a time sensitive manner. This position may utilize extensive documentation with many variations. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution. Good computer/data entry skills are necessary to document situations and resolutions.

ALL Coordinator/Processor Requirements:

High school or equivalent required. 1-2 years of clerical experience and customer service experience; demonstrated experience working in MS Office specifically Excel and Word, and a working knowledge of residential construction and terminology beneficial but not required. Must type a net of 35 wpm and have data entry abilities of at least 7,000 keystrokes. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and elevate issues to the appropriate person for resolution. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and have demonstrated excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize work, and work in a team environment. A positive attitude and the ability to be on-time and present are required.




Bradenton, FL Office




Extensive telephone contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, data entry, verbal and written communications, and customer service. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution, and work within set productivity requirements. Must be able to multi-task, set own priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions, and make decisions and be self-motivated in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and time sensitive environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. 1-2 years working experience in administrative/clerical positions, accounting/banking, customer service rep, etc. Problem identification and resolution. Office setting preferred. Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a dedicated and results-oriented team. Working knowledge of residential construction terminology, including how to calculate cubic yards, roof sq footage, debris, etc., beneficial.

Must be familiar and comfortable using computers, which includes Windows 7, basic Excel and Word, and email. Must be able to type and enter data, with accuracy, and within reasonable speed requirements. Must be able to communicate and collaborate with customers and independent contractors in a respectful and professional manner.


The Hiring Process

NFR is looking for the right person for each position and therefore, NFR’s hiring process involves multiple steps. The process includes testing for typing and data entry where applicable and an initial interview. We then narrow the field and conduct second interviews, and then make a job offer, followed by reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing.
