Our employee positions are primarily administrative and customer centric in nature. All employees work in an office environment. Responsibilities typically include: communication with customers and independent contractors, customer service, gathering and utilizing information, data entry, utilizing quality controls, critical thinking, decision-making and problem solving.

Ours is a fast-paced, multi-tasking, results-oriented team environment. Utilization of quality controls and the ability to recognize red flags are critical. Employees take responsibility, contributing to the success of themselves, the team, and the company.

Qualified candidates will possess: a strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills including a working ability in Windows, Excel and Word, composing and using e-mail, accurate typing and data entry skills, along with previously demonstrated office/clerical/coordinator and/or customer service experience. Testing, where appropriate, will be conducted prior to an interview.

Bradenton, FL Office




Extensive telephone contact with mortgage companies and independent contractors in the field, working with cities and towns, data entry, verbal and written communications, and customer service. Must be able to use critical thinking skills to identify and resolve red flags, point out concerns, and escalate issues to the appropriate person for further resolution, and work within set productivity requirements. Must be able to multi-task, set own priorities, have the ability to problem-solve, find resolutions, and make decisions and be self-motivated in a fast paced, multi-tasked, and time sensitive environment.

High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred. 1-2 years working experience in administrative/clerical positions, accounting/banking, customer service rep, etc. Problem identification and resolution. Office setting preferred. Detail oriented and ability to work as part of a dedicated and results-oriented team. Working knowledge of residential construction terminology, including how to calculate cubic yards, roof sq footage, debris, etc., beneficial.

Must be familiar and comfortable using computers, which includes Windows 7, basic Excel and Word, and email. Must be able to type and enter data, with accuracy, and within reasonable speed requirements. Must be able to communicate and collaborate with customers and independent contractors in a respectful and professional manner.


NFR is looking for a SQL Report Writer/Analyst who will provide National Field Representatives with the reports, data extracts and analysis it needs to deliver outstanding service to NFR’s customers. As part of the Reporting Team, this position will assist in the analysis, design, implementation, and modifications for reports and data extractions and processing. The position will also develop, document, analyze and complete testing and debugging of report and data delivery needs. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements for the position are: an Associate’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of related experience; or, the equivalent combination of experience and education. Proficiency in SQL and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) required. Able to demonstrate working knowledge of commonly used relational data models (link tables, master detail relationships, etc.). Understanding of complex database structures, extensive experience with report development, data delivery, and processing.

Compensation is commensurate with qualifications and education. Or, the equivalent combination of experience and education. Must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team.


The Hiring Process

The process includes testing for typing and data entry where applicable and an initial interview. We then narrow the field and conduct second interviews, and then make a job offer, followed by reference checks, criminal background checks, and drug testing.
