Qualified candidates will possess: a strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills, along with previously demonstrated office/clerical/coordinator experience. Property Preservation CoordinatorInvolves customer service, processing work orders with extensive use of computer systems, significant phone and written communication. Requires the ability to solve problems in a fast paced, multi-task environment. The ideal candidate will be results orientated. Have strong office skills and the ability to work both independently and with a team as needed. Property Preservation Invoicing CoordinatorRequires computer skills, a detail focus and strong office skills. Invoicing in compliance with investor guidelines and customer requirements, in a time sensitive manner. Utilize extensive documentation with many variations. Accounting experience helpful. Administrative Assistant-Customer CareResponsibilities include customer service, set up & maintenance of customer information through coordination of multiple departments, non-technical web site support, handling customer inquires, assistance in preparation of promotional materials and proposals. Coordinates trade show arrangements, typing, filing, etc.
